Your main focus will be to drive contribution and guest satisfaction by improving and developing guest experiences and the promotion of digital and physical photography.
Conduct guest experience audits at key sites and identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and income generation.
Produce guest experience plans and recommendations for existing business partners and for new business pitches.
Create design briefs for the internal design team and/or creative agency.
Represent the guests’ voice in projects and support the project manager, by;
- leading the marketing work stream
- providing strategic input by creating new / improved guest experience proposals, and
- delivering supporting marketing materials and promotions.
Identify opportunities for improvements in the way the marketing team works and help to drive change.
Measure the return on investment of new guest experience applications and promotions, creating best practice case studies.
Create promotional calendars and deliver campaigns for key theme parks and attractions.
Develop and manage strong relationships and work in collaboration with business partners’ marketing teams to agree and approve promotional calendars, ensuring their brand values are adhered to.
Assist the Senior Retail Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing in planning and forecasting.
Provide weekly/monthly updates to the Senior Retail Marketing Manager, reporting key performance indicators and return on investment metrics.
Attend meetings with internal cross-functional groups aimed at supporting the Global Retail Team.
Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail based marketing roles, ideally 7 -10 years.
Previous work experience with SME company(s) and bring success from un-structured, fast-paced environments.
Can demonstrate attention to detail and good analytical and project management skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Project would be an advantage.
Extremely confident with the ability to work in a reactive environment with the ability to strategically plan their time.

Willingness to travel to visit operations in Europe, Middle East, USA and Asia if required.
