The housebuilder says the partnerships reflect its commitment to delivering homes with an exceptional level of quality, finish and specification, while also giving buyers the opportunity to personalise their homes during the build process.

Working with a hand-picked group of respected brands, designers and specialist installers, Casamia Homes aims to offer a standard specification that goes well beyond what is typically expected from a new-build property.

Danielle Tyler, Marketing Director at Casamia Homes, said: “We have spent a huge amount of time selecting the right suppliers and building strong relationships with companies whose products and craftsmanship reflect the quality we want to deliver.

“Our aim is to provide a standard specification that goes far beyond what buyers would normally expect from a new-build home, and partnering with respected brands and specialist suppliers is a key part of achieving that.

“We are also excited to offer a range of optional extras during the design and build process — features that are often only added after completion — so our customers can be involved every step of the way in creating a home that feels truly personal.”

As standard, Casamia Homes properties will feature sanitaryware and brassware from Crosswater, luxury tiles by SOLUS, solid work surfaces from Derbyshire-based Impala Stone, quality ironmongery from Bennetts of Derby, flooring supplied by Lewis’s of Spondon, feature staircases with oak and metal balustrades, and landscaped gardens.

Homebuyers will also be able to choose from a wide range of optional upgrades, including staircase enhancements such as glass balustrades and cut-string detailing, a selection of interior door styles including Crittall-style designs, upgraded Crosswater sanitaryware ranges, bespoke wardrobes and dressing rooms, and a choice of media wall designs. Additional flooring, tiling, lighting and electrical upgrades will also be available.

To further enhance its homes, Casamia Homes has also partnered with several specialist suppliers. Robeys of Belper will provide designer gas and bioethanol fires, while Connected Home Systems will offer smart-home packages including lighting control, audio-visual integration, security systems and cinema rooms. Superior Wellness has been chosen to supply and install high-specification hot tubs, giving buyers the option to move into a fully turnkey luxury home.

At the sales launch of The Firs at the end of April, visitors will be able to experience an interactive digital walkthrough of the development using Casamia’s virtual showroom. Buyers will be able to explore one of the homes room by room, view interior specifications and see the available upgrade options.

Once a plot has been reserved, purchasers will then be invited to Casamia’s Options Suite at Pride Park, where they can view interior samples and work with the team to tailor their home to their own tastes.

The Firs will be Casamia Homes’ first development to launch in 2026 and will comprise 10 executive detached family homes. Situated off Woodlands Lane, between Allestree and Quarndon, the development will offer high-specification interiors, double garages, electric vehicle charging points and solar panels. Prices are expected to start from around £875,000, with completions scheduled from October 2026.

Alongside The Firs, Casamia Homes is also delivering Black Fir Farm in Dalbury Lees — a collection of three striking barn-style homes set within a rural location. These large statement properties will combine contemporary barn architecture with similarly high-end interior finishes.

Danielle added: “We are extremely excited to be bringing forward both The Firs and Black Fir Farm. These developments perfectly reflect the direction of Casamia Homes, and now that our supplier partnerships are in place, we are looking forward to launching for sale both of these developments.

“There is already strong interest in both schemes, and we would encourage anyone interested to register on our website to receive launch information and early details ahead of the official release.”
