Derbion has announced Burger & Sauce will join the centre’s expanding food offering, with the latest arrival adding to a raft of new brands in the refreshed Food Terrace.
Burger & Sauce, which is renowned for its craft burger menu boasting quality ingredients and big flavours, will give Derbion customers the opportunity to explore the brand’s simple burger concept which focuses on taste, quality and price.
With a menu of freshly made beef, chicken and vegetarian burgers which can be topped with your preferred sauce, alongside a selection of tasty sides including animal fries and nachos, there is set to be plenty of mouth-watering options for hungry shoppers to enjoy.
Derbion’s popular Food Terrace is currently undergoing a £2 million refurbishment to bring a fresh new look, additional seating and new brands, including US favourite Popeyes® Louisiana Kitchen.

“With the £2 million refurbishment of the Food Terrace well underway, we’re excited to have announced that two new, additional brands will join the existing lineup and bring a whole new atmosphere to dining at Derbion.
