Derby IT specialists Neuways have ended 2020 perfectly by placing within Britain’s Top 50 Best Managed IT Companies for the second year in a row.

This year’s ceremony was held virtually, with the best of the UK’s IT companies brought together online to celebrate, with TechnoPlanet CEO and President, Julian Lee hosting.

Neuways staff in attendance were delighted to see the business recognised for the continued strong work that has been put in from the entire team throughout 2020.

The success marks the end of what has been a challenging year in business due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Neuways have maintained their esteemed high Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with responses to customers problems continuing without delay during 2020.

Neuways Managing Director Martin Roberts accepted the award during the ceremony and couldn’t be happier with the recognition: “This success is a great way to cap off 2020 for us.

“To be named as one of the country’s top 50 IT businesses for the second-year running is a source of great pride, as it truly shows that we are experts in our field.

“It is a testament to our team that we have received this award in such a challenging year. Many of our team have worked remotely for the first time, so bearing that in mind, the fact they have still managed to provide the same outstanding levels of service for our customers is fantastic.

“The award really underlines what Neuways stands for as an organisation: we provide our customers with not only IT solutions, but we work with them to create a bespoke business technology strategy that helps them to grow for years to come.”

Neuways were also runners-up in the 2020 Security Excellence Awards, after being nominated in the Managed Security category.
