For book lovers there is a W H Smiths and a Books 4 Less, with the latest authors and biographies right through to the classics.
The cities most centrally location Showcase cinema on the fourth floor of Intu Derby features all of the latest releases.
If it’s food your after, on the third floor there is a Pizza Express, Nando’s and access to the car park. Drop down another level to the 800 seat food court on the second floor, which contains typical food chains such as Wagamama’s, TGI Friday’s, KFC, Subway, Burger King, and Hey Potato!, or if you’re looking for something different there is a Greek Grill House, Yangtze Express, Yangtze Thai Noodle Bar and Pasta 4 U and for something with an American twist, take a look at Ed’s Easy Diner also located on the ground floor serving American style food with the greatest hits from the 1950s and 60s playing non-stop. Soon to be opening there is a Byron Burger and Joes’ kitchen.
But, if you’re looking for a quiet café to enjoy a coffee and a sandwich there is Starbucks on the second floor, or on the ground floor there are Café Thorntons, Candy Junction, Brambles, Costa Coffee and Caffè Grazia. There are ample toilet facilities in Intu Derby with toilets situated on both levels. Cash machines are situated on the second floor.
As well as the parking area above and beneath the Intu Derby, there are also many other car parks situated within Derby city centre offering competitively priced parking.
