You’ll discover how to make Modern Lettering with your own new Japanese illustrator pen and a mindful approach to wow anyone who sees your handwriting in the future.
It is designed for beginners – a wonderfully calm and supportive space in which we can explore how to upgrade those sticky shopping notes, greeting cards, and to-do lists!
This mindful activity can actually be a meditative way to relax and add a marvellous garnish to whatever you craft. All materials are included – customise your own notepad, plus a Japanese illustrator felt-tipped pen to keep and use at home. A complimentary drink is also included.
When you arrive, you will be welcomed by our guest host, Pictoria (she/her), a professional artist and photographer in Derby and beyond. She uses calligraphy in her regular practice, and this is the first in a series of workshops..
