The aim of the course is to enable learners to attain the knowledge and competence needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations.
Learner should be able to demonstrate the practical administration of safe, prompt, effective first aid in emergency situations with an understanding of the role of the first aider.
The course will last a full day and comprises of 6 hours of teaching and practical hands on experience.
Up to ten trainees may attend a session with a single trainer.

Competent, assured First Aiders are an invaluable asset in any environment. By ensuring you have
employees who can deal with an accident or sudden illness, you are providing your staff with the
assurance that they are protected and valued.
Upon completion of this course you will receive an Ofqual Level 2 qualification and certificate.
There are no specific entry requirements for this course.
There will be practical elements to the course so please discuss any concerns that you may
have with us prior to enrolling them in the course.
