Derby Lantern Parade illuminating the way through the City Centre and spreading joy as we celebrate togetherness.
The lantern shapes will be inspired by the themes of Diwali and Aladdin, created by schools, at community workshops, during half term workshops and the large sculptures made during Assemble will make up the Parade.
Lanterns of various sizes will illuminate and the parade will begin to the beat of the mighty dhol drums from The Spot to the Market Square, Market Place, Derby.
The Parade will be greeed with a spectacular display of live music and dance performances from across the world.
