A quintessential teahouse in Ockbrook, Derby.
We loved the feel of The Apple Tree Teahouse. Hidden away to the rear of the gift shop, it’s a cosy and welcoming spot with all the charm of a traditional teahouse. On our visit, the menu offered a lovely mix of breakfasts, lunches, cream teas and afternoon teas, while the cake counter was full of freshly baked cakes, tray bakes and other homemade treats that were hard to resist.
The drinks selection is just as impressive, with a wide range of coffees, loose leaf teas and hot chocolates, alongside prosecco, wines, cocktails, raw juices and soft drinks. It’s a really lovely place to unwind, whether you’re meeting for lunch or treating yourself to tea and cake.
