About The Blessington Carriage.

One of Derby's drinking institutions. Leans towards Indie and Rock. Popular with Students and locals.

The Blessington Carriage, or ‘The Bless’, has a range of drinks promotions running throughout the week, a comedy night on Mondays, a quiz night on Wednesdays and is open till 2am on Friday and Saturdays.

Food is served from 12pm till 2:30pm Sunday to Thursday, and there are two yards outside, one heated and covered for the smokers in the colder months.

The Bless plays an eclectic mix leaning on the side of rock and indie styled music on weekends. The chairs and tables in center of the pub get put to one side allowing for revellers to move their feet.

There is a pool table and a quiz machine for those who need entertaining.

Top tip!

Head to the back bar where mixer drinks are cheaper than the main bar.
