Enjoy a delicious Game menu
£55 per person (ticket is a deposit – remaining balance to be collected on the night).
It’s game season on the Kedleston estate, and our head chef has created a delicious menu featuring some often overlooked meats for you to enjoy, featuring quail, pigeon, rabbit and pheasant.
The £10 ticket price is to cover the deposit only. The remaining payment of £45 per person will be collected on the night, along with any drinks or extras purchased.

Starters:
- Pan-seared quail with a warm barley salad, butternut squash puree and chicken jus
- Game & asparagus terrine with red onion chutney and warm sourdough
- Roast pigeon & hedgerow salad
Mains:
- Gamekeepers pie: pheasant, rabbit & guinea fowl, slow-cooked in red wine and thyme, with mashed potatoes and seasonal veg
- Venison wellington with sauteed potatoes and a rich stock gravy
- Seared pigeon breast lay on sourdough toast with wild mushrooms and spinach
Dessert:
- Mango cheesecake, chantilly cream & raspberry gel
- Sticky toffee pudding with bourbon vanilla ice cream
- Cheeseboard for 1 – (£6 supplement)
