Paint your own original artwork - all materials and tuition supplied
All the materials needed for the day are provided, Spend the day with me, painting, learning and socialising with a small group of friendly artists and take home a painting of your fabulous pet dog or cat (any pets are suitable, horses, guinea pigs, etc) Bring photos of the animal or bird you want to immortalise in paint!
This workshop is suitable for beginners and improvers alike. Please note, I can pre-draw your canvas for this workshop so you can concentrate on the painting. Just let me know at least a week in advance.
The focus is on confidence building, simplifying the process so that you create your piece from start to finish, following the steps. Develop your own style by choosing the colours you want to use and experimenting with mark-making to find out what works for your painting. There is plenty of individual attention given to helping keep your creativity flowing.
We begin at 10 am and paint till 4 pm, with breaks for coffee/tea and homemade cake, and lunch which is provided. These workshops are always lighthearted and fun, with plenty of laughs. It’s a chance to relax away from it all.
Wear clothing that won’t mind an accidental splash of paint, and get ready to have fun, relax and learn.
