Experience the history of this beautiful church by taking a mini-tour every Saturday.
At the bottom of Friar Gate, on the corner of Cheapside is the St Werburghs. Built in 1601 and restored in 2004. It is open on Saturdays and some very helpful volunteers will happily show you round the Church, giving you a brief history and the work they are doing to preserve the church.
Well worth a visit if you have 30 minutes to spare on a Saturday.
